Dikshita Desai
An Engineer fueled by creativity and throttled on kindness.
Dikshita Desai is a robotics engineer with hands-on experience building systems at Tesla and a foundation in mechatronics, embedded systems, and manufacturing automation. She holds a Master's in Robotics and Autonomy from Drexel University and a Bachelor's in Electronics Engineering from Goa University. At Tesla, she led impactful projects ranging from AGV system integration and firmware deployment to embedded product design, driving cost savings and operational improvements on mission-critical lines.
Beyond the lab and production floor, Dikshita has built and scaled developer communities in India as the lead of Google Developers Group Goa, a Google WTM Ambassador, and supports women in tech through PyLadies, WiMLDS, and WiDS. Her technical leadership and commitment to innovation earned her a co-authored publication at the International Astronautical Congress and recognition as a speaker at 20+ national and international events.
With a passion for solving real-world problems through robotics, Dikshita thrives at the intersection of hardware, software, and systems integration. She's now seeking roles where she can drive the next generation of intelligent automation.
